  1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services, products or website of Nex Vision Tech you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree please do not use our services.

  1. Scope of Services

Nex Vision Tech provides the following services, including but not limited to:

Telecommunications and VoIP Systems

CCTV installation and monitoring

Alarm and intrusion detection systems

Access Control systems

Networking and infrastructure

Cloud hosting and server management

4G/5G internet solutions

Fibre Optic Cabling

Custom Technology solutions

All services are subject to availability, feasibility and site assessments where applicable.

  1. Quotes, Orders & Payments
  • Quotes


All Quotes are valid for a limited period as stated on the Quote.

Pricing is subject to change if there are material changes to the scope of work or unforeseen site conditions.

  • Orders

Orders are confirmed once a signed quotation or purchase order is received.

We reserve the right to refuse any order based on feasibility or resource availability.

  • Payments

A 50% deposit is required before work begins.

Full payment is due upon completion or as per the payment schedule agreed upon.

Late payments may incur interest charges or service suspension.

  1. Installation & Site Access

Clients must ensure safe, unobstructed access to installation sites.

Any delays caused by client-side issues (e.g inaccessible areas, power outages) may incur additional charges.

Nex Vision Tech will not be held liable for project delays caused by third-party contractors or conditions beyond our control.

  1. Use of Services

By using Nex Vision Tech’s systems and services you agree to:

Not use them for any unlawful, malicious or unauthorized purposes.

To comply with applicable data protection, surveillance and communication laws when using CCTV, Access Control or Recording Systems.

Not to tamper with, alter or misuse any installed hardware and software provided by us.

  1. Warranty and Support

Standard manufacturers warranties apply to hardware installed.

Support or maintenance contracts may be offered separately and are not included by default unless specified in the service agreement.

  1. Data and Privacy

We may collect and process personal or technical data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Clients are responsible for obtaining consent where required for surveillance (e.g CCTV recordings of staff or customers).

Nex Vision Tech is not liable for misuse of surveillance or access control data by the client.

  1. Intellectual Property

All designs, software, configurations and documentation provided by Nex Vision Tech remain our intellectual property unless otherwise transferred in writing.

Clients may not replicate, resell or reverse engineer any proprietary solution without our permission.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

Nex Vision Tech is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

Total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

We are not liable for damage to equipment due to power surges, lightning, vandalism or unauthorized tampering.

  1. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice if the other party breaches these terms.

Upon termination, all outstanding fees become due immediately.

Installed hardware or software not fully paid for remains the Property of Nex Vision Tech until settlement.

  1. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, power outages, supply shortages or government restrictions.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa/Gauteng and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of this region.

  1. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated version will be posted on our website and will be effective from the date of posting.
